#25 Kofi Kingston and R-Truth (LW=24)
Kofi started out the week on RAW, losing to Alberto Del Rio. Then Friday, on Smackdown, Kofi and R-Truth lost their chance to regain the tag team championships when they loss in the first round of the tournament to The Prime Time Players.
#24 Heath Slater (LW=Unranked)
Heath Slater may have loss to Santino by DQ, but he made his presence known when The Band (Jinder Mahal, Slater, and Drew McIntyre) came out and attacked Santino.
#23 Tensai (LW=Unranked)
Remember when this guy was a force to be reckoned with? He loss a squash match on RAW to Ryback, but was able to pick up victories over Yoshi Tatsu and Big Show on Superstars and Smackdown.
#22 David Otunga (LW=Unranked)
The lawyer of the WWE finds himself on the Power 25 after picking up a win against former Nexus member Michael McGillicutty on Superstars. Unfortunately he also teamed with Alberto Del Rio and loss to Team Hell No.
#21 Ted DiBiase (LW=23)
DiBiase had no action this week, but was able to jump up a couple of spots due to the action of the superstars around him.
#20 The Miz (LW=22)
The Miz had two wins this week. On RAW he beat Zack Ryder and on Smackdown he had a huge win over the World Heavyweight Champion, Sheamus.
#19 Zack Ryder (LW=21)
The self proclaimed internet champion was beaten by The Miz on RAW, but on Smackdown The Main Event, he and Santino were able to beat Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel to advance in the tournament.
#18 Prime Time Players (LW=20)
The Prime Time Players advance in the tag team tournament after beating the former champions, Kofi Kingston and R-Truth.
#17 Wade Barrett (LW=19)
Wade Barrett had two wins this week. One against Tyson Kidd on Superstars and one against a local wrestler on Smackdown.
#16 Santino Marella (LW=17)
Santino was on the wrong side of a beat down from The Band on RAW. This caused him to beat Heath Slater by DQ. On the debut episode of The Main Event, he and Zack Ryder moved to the semifinals after beating Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel.
#15 Brodus Clay (LW=14)
Brodus loss to the United States Champion, Antonio Cesaro, on RAW.
#14 Layla (LW=15)
Layla proved she was still a dominant diva by beating Alicia Fox on Superstars this week.
#13 Eve Torres (LW=16)
Eve Torres revenge on Beth Phoenix by beating her on RAW this week.
#12 Big Show (LW=12)
Sheamus got revenge on Big Show by causing him to lose by disqualification to Tensai.
#11 Team Rhodes Scholars (LW=18 & 11)
Sandow started off the week losing to Sheamus, but he fought well. On Superstars The Rhodes Scholars proved their dominance by defeating The Usos.
#10 Antonio Cesaro (LW=13)
The United States Champion moves into the top ten after defeating Brodus Clay on RAW.
#9 Dolph Ziggler (LW=6)
Dolph Ziggler had a double loss this week. On RAW he walked out on his partner CM Punk and they loss to Team Hell No. On Smackdown he was pitted against his Monday night partner and loss.
#8 Ryback (LW=9)
Ryback keeps his winning streak alive by defeating Tensai on RAW and Primo on Smackdown.
#7 Alberto Del Rio (LW=5)
Del Rio started off the week beating Kofi Kingston on RAW, but drops out of the top five after teaming with David Otunga and losing to Team Hell No.
#6 Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara (LW=7 & 8)
Mysterio and Sin Cara advance in the tag team tournament after defeating Primo and Epico on RAW.
#5 Randy Orton (LW=4)
Randy Orton did not appear on television or compete this week so he drops a spot. He will need to have a good showing next week if he wants to stay in the top five.
#4 John Cena (LW=3)
John Cena also did not appear this week because he is still recuperating from surgery on his elbow.
#3 Team Hell No (LW=10)
Team Hell No had the biggest jump this week after getting wins over three former world heavyweight champions and a lawyer.
#2 Sheamus (LW=1)
Sheamus finally drops out of the number one spot. He loss to CM Punk on the debut of The Main Event and he also loss to The Miz on Smackdown after Big Show interfered.
#1 CM Punk (LW=2)
CM Punk became the best in the world this week atop the Power 25. He beat Sheamus on The Main Event and Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown.

Beth Phoenix (25): Beth loss to Eve on RAW.
